Climate change driven heatwaves present critical risks to student well-being and campus energy consumption at Kolej Matrikulasi Perak. To address this, Smart-WeatHealth KMPk is introduced as a smart mobile application providing real-time guidance via an automated "Reduce and Increase" logic framework. Utilizing local weather data, the system triggers push notifications when temperatures exceed 35°C, advising users to reduce outdoor activities and standby electrical loads while increasing water intake and eco-mode cooling settings. This low-cost digital solution supports SDG 3 and SDG 13, proving immense potential for sustainable health-monitoring and pioneering eco-campus management.
