Virtual Booth

This project proposes a web based Medical Record Management System for the Kamsis Medical Assistant Unit at Politeknik Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin to replace the inefficient manual logbook method. The current physical system risks misplaced records and leaves visitors unaware of the Medical Assistant availability. The new centralized database allows the Medical Assistant to efficiently manage patient records while enabling visitors to check availability status, register electronically, and submit feedback. Developed using standard web technologies, this digital transition will significantly improve administrative efficiency, data security, and overall healthcare service management.
