The rich blue tones represent the beauty of aquatic life, while the layered circular embellishments resemble shimmering fish scales. Dramatic pleated details on the shoulder, waist, and hem mimic the graceful movement of the betta fish fins, creating a bold yet elengance silhoutte. The design reflect the harmony of nature, movement and contemporary fashion.
