The system provides a centralized digital platform that enables users to submit complaints according to specific categories, including general, mechanical, and electrical facilities. Each complaint is digitally recorded and managed through a structured workflow involving submission, classification, assignment to responsible personnel, action, and status monitoring. Users can conveniently track complaint progress through status indicators such as new, in progress, completed, and rejected. The system reduces reliance on manual and scattered reporting methods while improving record accessibility, transparency, and systematic monitoring. Overall, eAduan supports a more efficient, organized, and responsive facility management process and has the potential to be expanded for implementation across other educational institutions.
