TR100: INDUSTRY SAFETY HELMET DETECTION SYSTEM USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

This project aims to develop an AI-Based Safety Helmet Detection System for Industrial Areas using computer vision technology. The system continuously monitors workers in real time through a camera installed at the workplace. Artificial intelligence (AI) is used to detect whether workers are wearing the required safety helmet. If a worker is detected without a safety helmet, the system will automatically trigger a buzzer as an immediate warning. At the same time, the system will capture an image of the worker and send a notification together with the image to a Telegram account monitored by the safety officer or supervisor. The proposed system helps improve workplace safety compliance, reduces the risk of accidents caused by the failure to wear safety helmets, and enables faster monitoring and response by industrial safety personnel. This project supports the implementation of a safer and more efficient industrial working environment through the application of artificial intelligence and real-time monitoring technology.
