Real-life decision-making often involves multiple experts, alternatives, conflicting criteria, and uncertain, unreliable, inconsistent, and indeterminate information. Existing MCDM Software and applications mainly support conventional or selected fuzzy methods, while manual spreadsheet analysis can be time-consuming and technically demanding. This innovation presents Z-NeutroRank, a web-based decision support application that implements the Z-Neutrosophic DEMATEL-WSM Method through a guided researcher interface. Researchers use linguistic terms to assess expert importance, rate alternatives, and evaluate criteria influence. The system automatically calculates expert and alternative weights, analyses interrelationships among criteria, and generates final ranking scores with clear interpretations. Comparisons with the benchmark spreadsheet calculation produced identical results, confirming the computational consistency of the Z-NeutroRank. Z-NeutroRank therefore supports transparent and practical decision-making tools for complex decision-making problems, such as flood mitigation prioritization, risk assessment, project selection, and sustainability planning.
