Mini PaveKit addresses limited laboratory access that restricts students' practical understanding of pavement engineering. A portable classroom kit was developed using premeasured aggregates, bitumen, POFA, garnet waste, sawdust, a mini induction stove, mould, and tamper to simulate asphalt mixing and compaction. Evaluation involving 150 students and five lecturers demonstrated over 60% improvement in learning outcomes, significant engagement, stronger confidence, and universal acceptance, with 100% preferring Mini PaveKit over conventional instruction.
