Midori is an AI-powered web platform that gamifies environmental stewardship, turning everyday sustainability into something people actually want to engage with, socially and competitively. Traditional awareness campaigns tend to lean on statistics or fear, and that rarely changes how people actually behave. Younger generations especially respond better to interactive platforms they can share with friends. The problem is that everyday green habits, like recycling or conserving energy, don't come with instant feedback or recognition, so motivation fades fast. On top of that, verifying whether someone actually completed an eco-friendly action usually means a lot of manual review for organizations and local authorities. Most green initiatives end up missing the same things: real rewards for small habits, easy verification, community competition, and a way to track progress over time.

Midori solves this with computer vision and multimodal AI that verifies submitted actions automatically. A user photographs an eco-friendly task, adds a short description and an optional geotag, and the AI classifies the action, checks for duplicates or fake submissions, and awards points, all without any manual check-in. To keep people coming back, a dual-point system tracks Lifetime Points for global leaderboard rankings alongside Spendable Points that unlock titles and badges like "Planet Protector." A live Global Activity Feed shows verified actions happening in real time, making green behavior feel normal and visible across the community.
