The digital transformation in education demands innovative tools that transcend conventional administrative methods to foster holistic student development. ONE-LIZ, an AI-powered digital application and data analytics ecosystem designed to modernize student merit systems and reinforce positive behavior. By integrating Real-Time AI Facial Recognition technology, ONE-LIZ enhances existing conventional methods while aligning with SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by reducing teacher workload and mitigating burnout. A pilot study was conducted to evaluate its usability and effectiveness, involving 12 teachers utilizing Android-based smartphones towards 55 Form 4 students from a Global Excellence School (SGE), a premier Fully Residential School in Malaysia. Quantitative analysis using Likert-scale questionnaires yielded a mean score of 4.75 and a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.92, indicating exceptionally high reliability, usability, and impact. The results demonstrate that ONE-LIZ significantly boosts student motivation, engagement, and administrative efficiency. By delegating systemic monitoring to AI, educators can shift their focus from clerical recording to high-value character building, ensuring technology acts as a bridge toward a disciplined and quality-driven "Golden Generation."
