The MechanoDRIVE - EV Kit was developed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills in electric vehicle (EV) mechanical and powertrain systems. Unlike conventional general trainers, this innovative kit focuses specifically on the integration of EV mechanical components, electrical drive systems, and power transmission dynamics. Designed as a safe, modular, and interactive learning platform, the kit assembles core components—including the electric motor, advanced motor controller, high-capacity battery pack, and a simulated transmission drivetrain—into a unified laboratory setup. Through the MechanoDRIVE - EV Kit, students and technicians can perform direct testing, mechanical load simulations, and torque-speed analysis, significantly enhancing their understanding of EV kinetic energy transfer. Overall, this project not only strengthens practical competency in automotive and mechanical engineering but also serves as a commercial-ready foundational tool to accelerate TVET and industrial training for the future of green mobility.
